Karisma Kapoor takes back consent on divorce

Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor had filed for a divorce from husband Sunjay Kapur last year. She filed it on grounds of mutual consent but yesterday things turned upside down as she decided to withdraw her consent to the petition.

The beautiful actress and mother said, "She is withdrawing her consent as her husband had allegedly failed to comply with the financial commitments mentioned in the consent terms signed by the couple few months ago."

Actress Karisma's lawyer Kranti Sathe opened up saying, "The petition did not formalise on Wednesday. We have filed an application to withdraw consent from the petition. Our stand is that there is no compliance from his (Sunjay's) side and therefore we want to withdraw. So, the court has asked both parties to be present on Friday."

Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur got married in the year 2003 they also have two children-daughter Samaira and son Kiaan Raj.
