Karthi's next is 'Kaali'?

‘Attakathi’ director Ranjith has roped in Karthi for his next directorial venture, the movie is likely to be titled ‘Kaali’ similar to the name of a yesteryear superstar film. Karthi is currently awaiting for the release of ‘All In All Azhagu Raja’ directed by Rajesh and ‘Biriyani’ directed by Venkat Prabhu.

The director is planning to complete the shooting in one schedule within 3 months or so, movie is based on North Chennai backdrop and is touted to be a raw film like ‘Paruthiveeran’. ‘Kaali’ is produced by K.E.Gnanavelraja under the banner ‘Studio Green’. The shoot of the film is likely to kick start from October first week and the cast and crew will be announced soon.
