After a blockbuster hit like 'Thuppaki', A.R.Murugadoss and Vijay have teamed up once again for the film, 'Kaththi'. Samantha is the leading lady in this film and 'Kolaveri' fame Anirudh composed the music.

The Telugu version will be presented by Tagore Madhu and will be released by Laika Productions. The audio of the film will be released on 23rd of this month and the film will be released on 31st.

Tagore Madhu said, "This is a high voltage action thriller movie with good sentiment and entertainment. Murugadoss shows a lot of variation with his every film and this film will be very different. This is a very heart touching movie".

Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh played an important character in the film.
