Months after she came back to India after parting ways with husband Nischal Chandran, a Kuwait-based banker, Kavya Madhavan has finally filed her divorce papers at the Ernakulam family court.
If sources are to be believed, the ÂEn Mana Vaanil and ÂSaadhu Miranda actress expects that she would get the divorce soon, after which she is planning to concentrate more on what she knows the best, acting in films. ÂShe has already started acting in movies, sources say.
They add: ÂHer first film after she walked out the marriage is ÂPappi Appacha with Dileep which has become a super hit. She is also there in ÂChristian BrothersÂ, which has Mohanlal, Sarath Kumar and Dileep.Â
Kavya married Chandran in February 2009 at a grand wedding ceremony attended by who is who of Malayalam film industry. However, she had serious differences with her husband and his family members, following which she returned India.
