Kavya Madhavan recently sprung a surprise on all present during the inauguration of her online women's store 'Laksyah'. The who's who of the industry including Mammootty. Lal Jose, et al were present. It was her friends within the industry who walked the ramp for her.
Everyone present were quite wonder struck when Bollywood actress Vidya Balan popped up online in a video conferencing to wish the venture well. Ranjani Haridas, who compeered the event asked when Kavya became chums with Vidya and the actress laughingly replied that Vidya, probably mistaking her broken English had agreed to come to the function, but was unable to and hence the video. Mohanlal also sent his wishes online.
