Actress Keerthy Suresh is currently busy with the Tamil-Telugu bilingual biopic on veteran actress Savitri. The film has been titeld as 'Nadigaiyar Thilagam' in Tamil and 'Mahanati' in Telugu. The 'Remo' actress who plays the role of legendary actress Savitri in the movie, will reportedly gain few kilos to shoot some important portions of the film.
Currently the team is filming the portions that showcases the younger days of Savitri. As you know Savitri was adorably plump during the peak of her career. From the recently leaked picture of the actress dressed as Savitri, we know how perfectly she fit into the role of the veteran actress.
Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film is being made Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. The film also stars Samantha, Vijay Devarakonda and Dulquer Salmaan in the key roles.
