If sources are to be believed than the makers of Salman Khan starrer Kick` are considering to postponed the movie. Reason being that most of the cinema halls in Mumbai are running houseful owing to Riteish Deshmukh's recent release 'Lai Bhaari' - which has been garnering rave reviews. Following which talks are that Kick` might not release on Eid and apparently will push its releasing date.

As per media sources, when Kick`s filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala met with Ameya Khopkar, co-producer of Lai Bhaari` and chief of MNS Film Wing to discuss the matter, the latter alleged to have refused to make space for Kick`. Instead Khopkar is keen to run the Marathi film for few more days since its making good business; however they will make an exception by giving a show or two at the theatres where the film is doing okay.

Now Sajid is in fix - given the fact, he has penned the story for Lai Bhaari` and also Salman features in the movie in a cameo. But Kick` being Sajid`s directorial debut, the filmmaker finds himself in a tricky situation when he faces such a stiff competition from the Riteish starrer. While grapevines have it that the release of Kick` might get postponed, Sajid is yet to make a finalise decision. On the other hand, some cinema hall sources claim that there is no such change of plans and they will be running Kick` side by side with Lai Bhaari`.
