The upcoming romantic comedy movie has Shanthanu and Parvathy Nair in the lead cast with Radhakrsihnan Parthiban donning the director’s hat. Music is by Sathya.

En Oruthiye A beautiful and a dreamy solo from Sriramachandra starts off like the august breeze and doesn’t let its tempo nor the vibe die down to its end. The song’s subjective nature to the hero’s love frame of mind is well depicted in terms of vocals and blended orchestration of electronic drums and trance like setting. The solo goes on to give a feel of Jazz with rich guitar stupor. Overall a song that should do more wonders with the visuals.

Damukaatlaan : Listen here

A free flowing folk number makes you do the gaana dance right from the word go and who better than T.Rajendar can do it better? TR’s recursive Damukaatlan Damukaatlan is centered around this folkish song that goes about preaching the boys to “Move On” after love and the composer Sathya has made us of what the singer is at his best with contemporary tunes and modern day drumming. Although starts of promisingly the monotonous nature of the song does not give the much required thump in the end.

Na Re Na: Listen here

A hollow and deep stylish rendering by Kharesm drives home the lyricist view of Love and the forthcoming consequences in a comfortable way. With minimal orchestration and deep strings the song shoots off with some top notch electronic bass behind the instrumentation work. Madhan’s verses as usual youthfully fresh and reliable. The brilliant Violin work between the interludes is a treat and it goes on through the underlying rhythm of the song itself. To sum up a good female solo indeed.

Kilukilu Payaai: Listen here

Yet another country song, the ones you would love to listen on a long drive whistling to yourself, Kilukilu Payaai doesn’t start too vibrantly but as soon as the alternate rock steps in, it does do the wonders. A short and crisp track has a youthful outlook with Sri’s lazily shrouded stylish vocals and the recurring guitar work from behind. The tune itself is slow and takes time to get into your head, should get you hooked when you hear the second time.

Vaa Jannal: Listen here

A bunch of variety is apt to sum up Vaa Jannal oram, starts with a solo guitar and then a high pitched Sriram Parthasarathy completely changes its perception. Punching in the right strings for this energetic Jazz number is indeed variety at its best, the saranams shift between high pitch and slow melody making it a chaotic yet good recipe in the end. Overall, the song is sure to click along with visuals.

Wifeu Loveu: Listen here

Another variety of a song, has a lot of innovation within this number. To start with the lyrics from Radhakrishnan is quirky and funny enough to tickle a bone, completely centered on your life partner and the gleams it can bring through. Both the singers have a freakish attitude throughout and the instrumentation is in tandem to the song’s nature with enough folkish thumps, dialogues and electronic setup.

Verdict : 2.75/5

KODITTA IDANGALAI NIRAPPUGA is a funky album with full of energy centered on love and fun. The album has its moments as it targets the youth with funny lyrics and fresh composition.
