Young romantic hero Kunchacko Boban is planning a comeback to Mollywood, with the new film directed by hit maker Shafi. The movie to be scripted by Rafi-Mecartin will be one of the projects of the team which will start by the end of this year.

Kunchacko Boban who has been keeping away from the Mollywood tinsel town has been concentrating on his real estate and property development business for the last couple of years, in which he has been highly successful. He has recently shot for a song and dance sequence for the movie ‘Twenty Twenty' which also features Nayantara, Prithviraj, Indrajith and Manikuttan.

“It was a high energy song that was shot with exuberance by director Joshy. It was a good experience being with the young team of artists”, remarks Boban on the experience.

“I would like to do little more serious roles in the future, than those I used to be in. I even envy Indrajith and Jayasuriya for the type of roles they have been doing consistently. I also like to be in such roles, who are not essentially the heroes of the film,” says Boban about the type of roles that he likes to be in future.

Kunchacko Boban is also planning to revive their ancestral production house 'Udhaya' which was once, the biggest banner in Malayalam.

The actor has also started working for their first project, with Mammootty and cricketer Sreeshanth in important roles. The movie will be directed by debutante Aashiq Abu and will materialize by the final months of this year.
