Kushboo’s connection with Courts continues even after the Supreme Court quashed all the cases filed against the actress tuned politician for her comments on premarital sex in an interview to a Tamil magazine.

A Mettur Court has now issued an order urging Kushboo to appear on August 4, as she has been included as a witness in a case related to some unruly acts that took place at Mettur in 2005 when she came to appear in a case filed against her interview.

When Kushboo came to the Mettur court in 2005, some persons, protesting her comments, threw tomatoes and eggs at her. Following a complaint by the then Tahsildar, a case was registered against 41 persons.

Since Kushboo’s name has been included as a witness in this case, government pleader Karthikeyan wanted to examine her. Based on his request, Judge Bagavathiammal issued an order demanding the actress to appear in the Court.
