As the Tamil film industry is braced for the Pongal releases, Director Sasikumar's next film Kuttipuli, in which he will be playing the lead role is swiftly getting ready. The first look poster of the film was released today and it showcases an appealing logo and a focused Sasikumar.

The film is being directed by Muthiah and is being produced by Village theatre. Gibhran who scored the music for Vaagai Sooda Vaa has been roped in to do the music. Mahesh Muthuswamy will be handling the camera and the shooting is proceeding in Srivilliputhur. Expected to be an action packed entertainer, we can expect Kuttipuli to be on the lines of Sundarapandian, Sasikumar's last film which was also based on a village-based locale.
