As a part of proceedings by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, shortly abbreviated as FICCI, a group of legends from different film industries across India were honoured for their contributions.

The list of members who were honoured during the meet included the likes of K.Balachander, Nadia from Tamil, Sukumari, Priyadharshan, Sheela, Madhu, Jayaram from Malayalam, Ramanaidu from Telugu, Girish Karnad and Jayanti from Kannada. In an evening which was packed with great artists, Superstar Rajinikanth and Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan graced the evening with their presence.
