Lekshmy walks out from the kanimozhy role

The new movie based on the infamous 2G spectrum has already got into trouble even before its shoot, as Malayalee actor Lekshmy Ramakrishnan who is casted in the role of Kanimozhy has walked out of the film. Lekshmy says that she was not informed about the role that she was going to portray, and since this is a big political scandal, she preferred to go out, not creating any further problems to her career. As she had not yet signed the agreement with the makers, Lekshmy found it easy to move back from the role.'Lekshmy was earlier asked to do the role of Neera Radia.

The new movie to be directed by journalist John Manohar is reported to bring out the original stories behind the scam, which shocked the nation. Riyaz Khan will appear in the role of former minister A Raja in this movie which had its pooja last Monday.

Leskhmy who debuted with Lohithadas's 'Chakkaramuthu' is getting busy as her new roles in films like 'Raavanan', 'Yutham seyy'and Pirivom Sandhippim' got noted. She will be also seen in the new projects under production including Parthipan's 'Vigathan', Jeeva's ''Rauthyam 'and the Telugu flick 'Oh My friend'.
