Back in April, Louis Tomlinson was charged for knocking a paparazzi and now the court of L.A has made it very clear that Louis Tomlinson is free of all charges and all the parties involved in the altercation were counseled on the incident and to not repeat such behavior.

What actually happened:

When Louis Tomlinson and his girlfriend, Eleanor Calder were walking towards the exit in the airport, a photographer was shoving the camera in Eleanor`s face and Louis Tomlinson came to her defense and was trying to fend off the photographer by pushing the camera away. While this was happening, some fan-girls were taking pictures of the incident on their phones and Calder tried to stop them from doing and the girls attacked her. Louis Tomlinson saw what was happening and immediately ran in order to rescue Eleanor. However, in the process, in the state of panic, Louis Tomlinson tried to pick up his phone from the ground that already fell on the ground at this point and got back up and that`s when he took the photographer down as he too lost control.

An accident that was glorified as an intentional behavior by this supposed “fan-girl”

Verdict:

The spokesperson of the Los Angeles City Attorney`s Office made a statement saying “All parties involved were sent a letter setting a hearing date at the end of the April.”

He continues "Each of the parties was interviewed regarding the incident and advised of the law and ways to avoid similar incidences in the future.

He adds “While we reserve the right to potentially file charges up to one year after the incident, no further action is scheduled at this point.”

The paparazzi provoked and caused the altercation that occurred with Louis.

Meanwhile, Louis Tomlinson`s Lawyer made an immediate statement post the occurring of the altercation saying "It's not the first time that the paparazzi had created an altercation with a celebrity.”

“While the altercation was going on with the paparazzi, three other individuals were attacking his girlfriend during this incident and he came to her defense”

Well, glad to hear that about Louis Tomlinson for what he has been through until now.
