The Tamil remake of the award winning movie 'Charlie' will go on floors soon. The casting and crew details are begin finalised. Madhavan will reprise the role done by Dulquer Salmaan. It will be interesting to see the actor in such an energetic role.

Meanwhile the direction will be done by Al Vijay. He has a slew of exceptional movies like 'Madarasapattinam', 'Daivathirumakal', 'Thalaivaa' et al to his credit. There is a buzz that Vijay's wife and popular actress Amala Paul is being planned to be cast in Tessa's role done by Parvathy.
