'Prema Nilayam', starring Tamil star Madhavan and Bhavana in the lead, is getting ready to release on July 12th. Seeman is the director of this film.

S.V.Maheswara Reddy is producing this film in Telugu on Kalpana Creations and Music and Logic productions house banner. He said that this is a feel good film with good sentiment. The film discusses what is important in between love and family.

The co-producer of the film, Bharathi Ganesh, said that Ajith will be seen in a role and director Venkat Prabhu has acted in a good comedy role in this film. Yuvan Shankar Raja has provided the music and Vanamali gave the lyrics
