High Court orders elections before May 14th

The Madras High Court has directed the Tamil Nadu Election Commission to hold the local body elections before the 14th of May.

Considering the ongoing gloomy climate that the TN state is witnessing for the past few months the local body elections could provide a great platform for the people to show an indication as to who they want to rule them.
