Madras High Court clears way for new Nadigar Sangam Building

Srirangan and Annamalai of T. Nagar got a stay against the Nadigar Sangam alleging it of encroaching a 33 feet public road for the proposed new building. As we reported the High Court extended the stay for fifteen days as Municipal authorities sought time to ascertain if any violation has occurred.

Today the case came up for hearing and the Madras High Court has removed the stay and passed orders clearing a major hurdle for the upcoming dream building of the Nadigar Sangam.
