'Maharshi' Raghava Booked Under Attrocities Case

Actor Raghava who came to limelight after the success of his 80's Vamsy film 'Maharshi' and made it his pseudonym is learnt to be booked under SC, ST atrocities and threatening to kill charges. SI Ravinder Reddy of Ramachandrapuram Police Station has registered the case and investigation is on.

The actor has 1.5 acres of land in Kollur village of Medak District and the land adjacent to his is owned by a localite by name Dora Swamy. Dora Swamy's watchman Kurra Eshwaraiah observed that the fencing dividing the two lands was extended into his owner's land and asked Maharshi how did this happen. That's when the actor was complained to have abused the watchman on his caste and threatened to kill him. The watchman promptly went to the PS and registered a complaint.
