Mamata Mohandas, who played heroine in a couple of films in Telugu, failed to get adequate break as actress. However, she had a fantastic voice and became more famous as a singer.
Now, she had reportedly decided to settle down as a singer. In case if she gets an opportunity, she was planning to take up musical direction for a film. While playing a role in ÂKedi opposite Nagarjuna, she was diagnosed for cancer and recouped from the disease.
Now she is challenging that she would prove herself as a singer, music director or even as heroine, if she was given a right opportunity.
