A remake of super hit Marathi film Sairat` – Manasu Mallige in Kannada from Rockline Venkatesh and Zee TV joint production in the 49th direction of S Narayan relased audio CD on Tuesday night at Sri Chamundeswari Studio in Bengaluru.

Four songs of the film were screened; the working stills were displayed at this long driven audio release event. Karnataka irrigation minister of Karnataka MB Patil was present to release audio CD of the film MM`. Patil has liked the melodious and natural feel songs of Manasu Mallige`.
S Narayan lauded the interest of Zee TV to make the remake first in Kannada and then going to other languages. The Valentine Day surprise what S Narayan thought was not quite convincing when Kaushik and Chandana said their marriage is arranged.

Munirathna Naidu, MLA, Akash Chawla of Zee TV, lyricist Kaviraj, Anandappa of Prasanna and Pramod, Soorappa Babu, Sathyaprakash, Nishanth, Nagaraj, Brahmi, Gokulraj and other team members of Manasu Mallige` were present.

S Narayan wife Smt Bhagyavathi and Mukyamantri Chandru wife performed Pooja to Chamundeswari idol in the auditorium. It is the 27th production of noted producer Rockline Venkatesh. The songs are well written and well sung with beautiful cinematography from Manohar Joshi.

Munirathna Naidu MLA and President of KFPA said Kannada film industry is doing well and this film would do well in the box office for his relative Rockline Venkatesh.
