Actress Keerthy Suresh hailing from Kerala has been dubbing on her own for all the films she has acted in Tamil and she will also continue the same in future. Filmmakers hail her for not only dubbing on her own but also ability to read and understand dialogues written in Tamil language.

Now two more young heroines from the same neighboring state will follow her footsteps.

Manjima Mohan who has acted in a few Malayalam films has dubbed on her own in Tamil for her Kollywood debut flick 'Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada'. Likewise Anupama Parameshwaran of 'Premam' fame has also dubbed her Tamil verses in her Kollywood debut 'Kodi'.

This may very well catch up as a trend and this may lead to resurrection of the pre-1990s scenario in Tamil cinema when almost all the heroines dubbed in Tamil without depending on dubbing artists. This is definitely a welcome change.
