Manju Warrier's upcoming movie is titled 'Jo and the Boy' nad the shooting has begun. While Manju Warrier will play the title role of Jo in the movie, the boy is being played by Sanusha's brother. The movie is being directed by Philps & the Monkey Pen' directer Rojin.

Others inlcuding Perale Maaney and Lalu Alex play important roles in the movie. The shooting of the movie will take place in Kodaikanal and Ladakh over a span of 25 days. Manju's upcoming release is 'Rani Padmini'.
