Talented and ace actor Manoj Bajpayee will be seen teaming up with filmmaker Hansal Mehta for a reality drama titled 'Aligarh'. The movie features Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkumar Rao in the lead and it will hit theatres in February.

The movie is based on real life incident of doctor Shrinivas Ramchandra Siras who had been suspended from his post as a professor because of his sexual orientation.

Tevar` star Manoj Bajpayee disclosed the release date of the movie Aligarh` at the 20th Busan International Film festival that took place this year. On twitter a fan asked the actor why there is no news about the movie 'Aligarh'. Manoj instantly replied saying, "It's not released. In February only." The movie 'Aligarh' was recently screened at the 17th Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival in Mumbai that took place last month.
