The shooting of Charmi's 'Mantra 2' has been completed and the producers P.Shairi Reddy and V.Yadagiri Reddy are planning to release the audio in the first week of May. The teaser will also be released then.

Satish is being introduced as the director with this film. He said "This film is not a sequel for 'Mantra'. This film will be thrilling with horror and suspense elements. Audiences will be thrilled watching the film. There is a song in this film, which will be more popular than 'Maha Maha' song in 'Mantra'. Lyricist Bhaskara Bhatla and Sunil Kashyap took special care for this song. Prem Rakshith choreographed the steps for this song and we have picturized in five huge sets erected at Saradhi Studios in Hyderabad. Charmme performed extremely well in this film".He added that no film like this has come before in Indian film industry.

Chetan, Tanikella Bharani, Rahul Dev, Uttej, 'Chatrapathi' Sekhar, Nalla Venu, Delhi Rajeswari etc acted in the film.
