After appearing in his career best character for the film 'Salt and Pepper', actor- director Adv. Baburaj will appear as the hero in the new movie titled as 'ManushayMrigam'.Also directed by Baburaj, the movie will have young star Prithviraj in an impressive cameo. Interestingly, the movie is produced by Baburaj's wife and famous actress Vani Vishwanath in the banner  V B Creations.

The movie has Baburaj as Tipper Johny who with his family has recently shifted to the silent village of Thalappally, after forced to run away from his home village due to peculiar reasons. Johny's family includes his wife Lissy, daughter Jeena, Johny's grandmother and his wife's sister Sophiya. It was the priest of the local church, Father Kunummel, who helped Johny to find a suitable safe abode in Thalappally. Johny and his family also maintained sufficient distance from others in the village, so that the villagers don't get to know more about them.

And one day, the villagers were stunned to find Johny's wife Lissy and his grandmother, murdered in mysterious circumstances. Within days Johny was arrested due to circumstantial evidences.

It was David J. Mathew Dy Sp working with the Crime Branch, who was assigned to throw light into the complicated case. And within a few days David realised anomalies in the findings of C I Rajeev, who was the first to probe into the case. He now decides to embark on a fresh investigation, to find clues about the murders that shocked the village and grabbed the headlines.Baburaj's 'Manushyamrigam' follows the trails of the Dy S P to come up with the ultimate killer.

Also scripted by the director Baburaj, this is the second offering from him after his debut in SureshGopi starrer  'Black Dahlia'. While Prithviraj comes up as Dy SP David J Mathew, Baburaj is Tipper Johny.Jagathy is Father Kummummel, while Tamil star Kiran appear as Lizzy and Ovia as Sophiya.

Cinematographed by K P Suresh, the movie will also feature Harishre Ashokan, Devan, Sphadikam George, Mamukoya, Ravuthar, Chali Pala and Kalashala Babu.While Don max is the editor of the movie, Sayyan Anwar handles the music department. 'Manushya mrigam' which is named after the hit film of late actor Jayan which came up in the eighties will be a suspense thriller. The movie will get to theatres by this month.
