With just a couple of months left for the launch of Kalaignar TV, the channel has lined up some of the prominent names to make tele-serials for them.
Kalaignar TV to be launched on 15 September will have big names K Balachander, Sivaji Productions, AVM Productions, Minbimbangal, director Sundar K Vijayan, Kushboo and Sukanya doing mega-serials for them.
K Balachander will direct a weekly soap show titled Magarasi. His production house Minbimbangal will churn out a mega serial featuring Sukanya.
AVM will churn out a serial titled Vairagyam. Sundar K Vijayan is directing a mega serial starring Kushboo.
Buzz is that veteran director Bharathiraja has also been approached to come out with a serial in the channel.
