The child prodigy Master Kishen director of ‘Care of Foot Path’ Kannada feature film at the age of eleven years winning many state, national and international accolades is now all set to attend the symposium invited by India Development Services on India’s Children, Preserving their rights, protecting their future that will be held in Loyola University, Chicago from April 29 to May 2.

Master Kishen’s ‘Care of Foot Path’ will be screened at this symposium. Julia Pryce, from Loyola University Chicago, Diane Geraghty, J.D. Director, CIVITAS Child Law Center, Loyola University, Madhu Sridhar, CEO, Akshaya Patra Foundation, USA, Nicole Menezes, CHILDLINE, India, Rita Panicker, and Director of Butterflies are other participants in the Symposium. The movie Care of Footpath which portrays the theme Right to Education has been selected to be shown in this event for providing inspiration and motivation to empower children, which is a primary focus of the seminar.

This is the first time a Kannada film is being screened in such Symposium as a subject of study & discussion. After every screening of the film Kishen will have to participate in a question and Answer interactive session. Kishen is very happy that his first maiden film ‘Care of Foot Path’ shall be screened to scholars, senior professors, donors and all the participants at such a big Symposium.
