Manchu Mohan Babu, along with his son Vishnu Manchu has felicitated legendary actor who turned a nonagenarian last month at the latter's residence in Hyderabad on Wednesday. The memento was a huge portrait with the memorabilia of the ace actor's 70 year long film acting career at a micro level but morphing into the depiction of lords Sri Maha Vishnu and Sri Ram at a macro look. Ramesh Gurajala, the artist from Sri Kala Hasthi has created this wonderful portrait of 18 feet in width and 4 feet in height.

ANR thanked the actor Mohan Babu and his son Vishnu for the wonderful gesture and said ‘Mohan Babu told me about the portrait sometime ago. I am so thrilled by the magnanimity and I thank them and bless them for having showered such affection on me. I personally congratulate the artist Ramesh Gurajala for having designed such brilliant creation.

Mohan Babu said ‘I always said NTR and ANR are like two eyes for me as I acted man films with both of them in my career. My eyes went moist when I saw the portrait today’. Vishnu thanked Sumanth, ANR’s grandson and also an actor for the support he’s given in acquiring the filmographic details of ANR. Artist Ramesh said he’s blessed to have gotten the opportunity and thanked Vishnu for the same. Sumanth was also present during the event.
