Mohanbabu to produce a film with Nagarjuna

Akkineni Nagarjuna had played devotees' roles in 'Annamayya and Sri Ramadasu'. However, he is playing the role of a 'God' in a film to be produced by Dr Mohanbabu on the banner of Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures with P Vasu of 'Chandramukhi'-fame wielding the megaphone.

Another point to mention here is that Vishnuvardhanbabu is playing hero in the movie.

According to informed sources, the film is being made with the inspiration of a Hollywood blockbuster 'Bruce Almighty'. Nagarjuna is replacing Morgan Freeman who played the role of 'God' in the original.

Isha Parvani is playing the heroine, while MM Keeravani is scoring music. It may be mentioned here that Nagarjuna and Mohanbabu are good friends.

While Nagarjuna played a lawyer in a film 'Adhipati' with Mohanbabu playing the hero, while Mohanbabu played the role of a king in 'Annamayya' where Nagarjuna was the hero.

For the first time, Nagarjuna is playing a 'God' character in this movie.

Vishnu, who had to work with Nagarjuna in this film is striving hard to reduce his weight to suit Nagarjuna's glamour. Presently script work is in progress for the movie.
