Back to don the hero's role is Ranjith. He plays the male protagonist in Pasupathi. Sindhu Tolani plays his heroine.
Director Selvabharathy, who has rendered hits like Ninaithen Vandhai, Piriyamanavele and Vasigara, the movie has musical score by Deva.
Speaking to media men on Friday, Ranjith said, ÂThe movie will celebrate the spirit of motherhood. The movie throws on mother-son sentimentÂ.
Selvabharathi promises that the movie would be a hilarious entertainer. Vivek heads the comedy team of Kanja Karuppu, Manobala and Thiyagu among others.
Says Selvabharathy, ÂWe are planning to release the album in a different manner. Since it is a movie about motherhood, the audio launch function would be presided over by Vivek's mother and the audio would be released by Ranjith's mom. The function would be attended by all mothers of those who were involved in the making of Pasupathy including the light men and floor assistantsÂ.
Planned for a release this May.
