Horror comedy is the hot favorite of Kollywood in recent times, and it is Raghava Lawrence, who started the trend with, Muni`. He quickly followed it up with a blockbuster sequel Kanchana` Muni 2` featuring himself as the hero, and Raai Lakshmi. Now he is on the verge of completing, Muni 3`, and this time he will be seen with, Tapasee.

Muni 3 retains, Kovai Sarala & Devadarshini from its 2nd part and Thaman will compose once again in this horror series. Nithya Menon will be seen in a special cameo which is touted to be the major twist in the story. The talkie portions have been completed and the team Muni` is busy editing the movie. The songs will be shot very soon & the movie is expected to release around 3rd week of October
