Amusing happenings took place in Karan Johar’s shooting camp recently.

These days, the Film City is witnessing the shooting of Shahrukh-Kajol starrer ‘My Name Is Khan’. And interestingly an unexpected on-looker turned up recently during the course of the set building, much to the horror of the team. It was none other than a snake!

Recalled Karan Johar, “Our production designer Sharmista Roy was on the sets but the others said we should not harm the snake because they are considered a good omen. So we respected that belief and it was allowed to go away on its own.”

But the snake didn’t seemed to had enough of the film and later turned up again; this time in the water tank that was used in the filming. A specially constructed tank was said to had made at the Kranti maidaan in Film City for a flood sequence. The director revealed that besides SRK and crew, around 500 extras also had been in the water tank when the snake was spotted. An expert snake catcher Abhishek Verma said to have got into the water and caught the snake. “We made sure not to hurt the snake and it was later released in its natural habitat. Thankfully everything came back to normal after that,” shared KJo.

Truly, King Khan Ka Jadoo can be felt by all…..!
