Mugamoodi (Mask in Telugu) graced the screens across the world on Aug 31, and the verdict on the film appears to be positive. Throwing light on the film, Director Mysskin speaks about the biggie to IndiaGlitz.

"This is my childhood dream; probably because I used to read a lot of comics I sketched this character. The film is for kids but I can assure you that it will entertain every one - be it 3-year-olds or 80-year-olds," starts off the director.

"When we wanted to do Mask, we came up with few suggestions as to who could play the lead, and approached Jiiva for the role to which he gave his nod. However, I requested Jiiva to undergo 6 months training in Kung Fu, but to my shock he told me that he had been practicing it for 8 years, which became a big boon for us. I wanted Narein to essay the role of the baddie, since I know he'd do justice to it", he says.

Agreeing that Mask has more scope for the male actors, he says about heroine Pooja Hegde, "She's done a lovely role, an important one as a catalyst in the film but it's a male dominant movie".
