The Kannada actress Mythri Gowda receives a jolt as the court has sanctioned advance anticipatory bail for Karthik Gowda, son of Union Railway Minister DV Sadananda Gowda.

On Monday afternoon the City Civil Court granted advance bail on charges of raping and cheating Kannada actress Mythri Gowda. The City Civil and Session Court judge Mudi Gowder read out 62 page judgment. The judge directed Karthik to produce Rs.2 lakh bond with two sureties.

Karthik has to appear before the investigating officer whenever he is summoned and visit R.T. Nagar Police station on the 15th and 30th of every month till the investigation is completed. The apprehension of arrest of Karthik Gowda is cleared. However for medical test and investigation he has to cooperate.
