Naayak to be shot in Kolkata

Naayak seems to have a Bengali connection. Having shot in Hyderabad’s Old City and in other locations, VV Vinayak will move with his team to Kolkata. Starting from Oct 12, some episodes on Charan and others will be shot in this schedule.

Charan shot for the film along along with Amala Paul in Hyderabad for a couple of days. At Kompally’s Cine Planet, a day’s shoot was held yesterday (Oct 7).

The film has music by SS Thaman. Scheduled to be released in March, 2013, the film also stars Kajal Agarwal.

Produced by DVV Danayya, it sees Cherry in dual roles.
