Namitha is a busy bee. She is playing prominent roles in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada movies.

Talks are on to act in Malayalam movies. “Hopefully, I will land up with good roles in Kannada films too”, says Namitha.

The tall actress from Surat is acting with Ajith in Billa, Vijay in Azhagiya Tamil Magan, Kettavan opposite Silambarasan and a Kannada movie opposite Darshan.

“I understand the respective languages after watching the regional films there. Now my recent Kannada film Neelakanda has gone on to become a hit. I am getting good roles in kannada too”, she says with glee.

Namitha, who plays a local ruffian opposite Sundar C in Perumal says, “I am sincere and dedicated to my work. I perform what the director wants from me. Hopefully my fans like it'.
