That the Crime Bureau of Investigation was going to probe the owners of villas of the Emaar project at Gacchibowli in Hyderabad, is well-known. Among the VIPs and VVIPs that the CBI would interrogate regarding their ownership of the property, are at least two popular film stars.
Yesterday, it was the turn of Namrata Shirodkar, wife of Mahesh Babu, who owns a villa there. She was reportedly quizzed by the CBI on the price at which the villa was bought by her.
It was earlier reported that Ram Charan will be quizzed on September 15 (today).
Details of the interrogation are not being divulged to the media. It is known that the investigation is part of the probe into the relating to Jagan Mohan Reddy's disproportionate assets case.
