Nandita Das, who got married to Subodh Maskara earlier this year, is now pregnant, say sources. The actress, who is extremely happy about the fact that she will soon be a mother, is however keeping the news under wraps, they add.

“Nandita was earlier married to Souma Sen in 2002, whom she divorced in 2009. And she entered wedlock with Subodh earlier this year in a low key ceremony. The happy couple is set to become parents now,” maintain sources.

“The couple doesn’t want to talk about Nandita’s pregnancy till they feel they are ready. But the news leaked out when the actress made a public appearance recently for an event of Santosh Sivan,” they add.

A Bengali, Nandita has acted in Tamil and Hindi movies and has tested waters in direction too.
