Actress Nayanthara, who pulled out of Lingusamy's directorial venture 'Paiya', was assigned to do a Malayalam movie titled 'Body Guard' opposite Dileep. She has ventured to do a Malayalam movie after a gap of four years. She appeared in an item number in the Malayalam hit 'Twenty:20'.

Meanwhile, she has agreed to do a movie in Telugu too. Until a year ago, she was doing few Telugu movies. But a busy schedule in Kollywood forced her to stay away from the Telugu film industry for sometime now.

Now, she has agreed to do a movie in Telugu opposite NTR Jr. The movie would go to the floors from May. Her Tamil venture 'Villu' will hit screens this Pongal. Directed by Prabhu Deva, the movie features Vijay in the lead role.
