Last week, it was confirmed that Dhanush would be doing a guest appearance in the film Ethirneechal for a kuthu song. The actor had posted on Twitter saying that he will both be singing and dancing for the song in the upcoming film, but we did not receive any more information. Now, it appears Dhanush will be joined by none other than Nayanthara.

The actress is making a comeback to the industry and have signed up projects with Arya, Vikram Prabhu and Ajith Kumar. Now, it appears that she will be shaking leg together with Dhanush for the kuthu number in Ethirneechal. The pair have worked together earlier in Yaaradi Nee Mohini and share good chemistry on screen. Dhanush, who happens to produce the film under his studio Wunderbar Films, is looking to make the most out of his debut project and make it successful. The project has music by Anirudh Ravichandran and the kuthu song will feature the voices of Dhanush and Velmurugan. The shooting for the song has been taking place in Nagercoil over the past two days and we will soon start seeing some promos.

Ethirneechal has Sivakarthikeyan and Priya Anand in the lead. The film is expected to be a romantic entertainer and is being directed by Senthil.
