"If all I wanted to do was appear on screen, then doing just about any role would be fine. But I am looking for character roles. And I don't want to show skin" says the budding sensation of Kollywood, Nazriya. The excited heroine, who has three films - 'Thirumanam Ennum Nikkah', 'Raja Rani' and 'Naiyyandi' - lined up for release, opens up on her career and associated interests and experience. "Dhanush is a gentleman, and an excellent person to work with. I am doing the role of a dentistry student in 'Naiyyandi', and my co-star has helped me a great deal on the sets.

Being new to Tamil and also dealing with a script that is comic, it is a challenge to keep up timing, which I could learn in due course, and am good at now. As for 'Raja Rani', I am playing Arya's ex love interest, which is a pivotal role in the movie. In TEN, I play the role of a Brahmin girl; though it was the first movie I signed in Tamil, 'Neram' hit the screens first. In all, I look for the story and how my role impacts the overall storyline. If I am convinced, I take up that role. As for glamour, I can put on the look of a glamorous and trendy girl, as long as it is within my comfort levels."
