Madhur Bhandarkar has finally found the actress he was looking for opposite Kunal Khemu in Signal. The girl is Neetu Chandra.

Neetu debuted in Priyadarshan's Garam Masala. Signal will be the last in the trilogy which Madhur is making on Mumbai.

After the audition of 20 girls, Neetu was selected. She hails from Bihar and speaks fluent Hindi which the director was looking for. She has recently acted in Shreya Ghosal's music video.

Madhur will conduct acting workshop for Neetu and the street urchins. Neetu plays the role of a young girl who embroiders clothes. . Bhandarkar will start shooting for the film by the end of April at Nitin Desai Studio where a huge set of a Mumbai traffic signal is set up.
