As of yesterday, it was the angry grumble of a distraught heroine of over violating contractual terms of shooting, and now it has risen to the great new heights of community conflict, in a land of no dearth of it. Clarifying the scenario, director Sarkunam opened up to the media on the complaint that Nazriya has filed against the 'Naiyandi' team. He said "I had to shoot an intimate soon to bring out the actual emotion of the song under the lens. When I asked Nazriya, she said that she cannot come all the way from Kerala to shoot just for one scene and told me I may get it done with someone else. If it is this one scene in the trailer that is bothering her, then I am willing to remove it. But I openly challenge her to prove that it wasn't she who acted in the 'Innika Innika' song. The film is a family entertainer, certified U by the Censor Board. I feel Nazriya is calling in for popularity through these gimmicks."

Meanwhile, Nazriya has a different story to tell. The other side of the coin claims in the complaint, "I have already made my terms and reservations clear, and what happened is mere violation of my contract. Once the issue was brought to light, Sarkunam threatened me and abused me and my family. He said that he will bring disrespect to my Muslim community."

All said and done, in your opinion, how well did Nazriya manage to make or break the faith of her community as she entered the screen in 'Raja Rani'?
