The decision of Kannada Film Producers Association to ban actress Nikitha for a period of three years from Kannada cinema has been widely condemned by the top artists of Kannada cinema. The KFPA has taken this decision because in Vijayalakshmi wife of Darshan complaint to the police Nikitha Tukral name has appeared.
The top actor of Kannada cinema Shivarajakumar, Raghavendra Rajakumar, Ramya, Thara, Vijay, producer K Manju, director Shashank and others have condemned the wrong step of the KFPA.

Actress Ramya in her tweeter messages said why only female artists are given this punishment. The word 'Ban' should be banned stated Ramya who faced similar bans two times in her career.
