Been called a daring producer is YVS Chowdhary, the merchant who has a lot at stake in Nippu. The Gunasekhar-directed Ravi Teja-starrer is a hot movie of the Sankranthi season of 2012. With the previous Sankranthi releases in the hero's career having done well, there is luck factor also.
The long-legged beauty Deeksha Seth is paired opposite Ravi Teja. What makes Nippu even more special for the fans of the Mass Maharaja, is the fact that never before in his career has the once-celebrated director of films like Choodalani Undi and Okkadu has worked with a raw hero like RT (Chiru was the last such hero).
One should not forget to mention about Dr. Rajendra Prasad's role in the movie. Surely, YVS' hailing of the actor and thanking him for accepting to do the role, must convince us to presume that there is a lot in store.
If Ravi Teja needs a 'mirapakai' hit, so also Gunasekhar and YVS, who both need a meaningful hit that makes more sense than the bells and whistles that have been a hallmark of their previous films.
