Vijay's Sachien has gone to floors. The title has evoked curiosity among film-buffs. Since it is being named after a popular cricketer, people wonder whether the movie is all about cricket.

Vijay says it is absolutely not. "The movie is not about a cricketer rather about a lovable guy who adores kids. My character's name is Sachien. It's yet another new director that I am working with.

"I always encourage newcomers who come with fresh ideas. John is veteran director Mahendran's son and no doubt he would emulate his father".

Asked about the film. John, the director says, "it's a romantic entertainer. Genelia and Bipasha Basu are also in the cast."
