No Hrithik, No 'Shuddhi': Reason why Kareena dropped movie

Karan Johar`s most ambitious 'Shuddhi' which has been undergoing several casting changes is in news again. And this time it`s Kareena Kapoor Khan who`s turned the limelight on 'Shuddhi'. Actually, Bebo was supposed to be a part of the movie, however she opted out of this mega project. But now some sources claim that Kareena quit the movie only after Hrithik quit 'Shuddhi' due to health issues as she was very keen to work with him....

Both Hrithik and Kareena have worked with each other in the initial phases of their respective careers. Their chemistry was seen in movies like 'Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon', 'Mujhse Dosti Karoge', 'Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham' and Yaadein`. There were also reports of them dating each other. But after their alleged break-up, they have never worked again...

'Shuddhi' would have been that movie to bring Hrithik and Kareena together nonetheless. Now 'Shuddhi' will star Salman Khan and the hunt for the leading lady is on! Meanwhile checkout Bebo on big screens in Rohit Shetty's much awaited flick 'Singham Returns', with Ajay Devgn. The film releases on 15th August 2014.
