It happened again. When a case filed against Vijay starrer 'Thupakki' by the makers of 'Kalla Thupakki' came up for hearing before a Chennai court on Friday, it was adjourned once again.

The Chennai city civil court judge, before whom the petition by 'Kalla Thupakki' makers came up for hearing, adjourned the case to October 3.

This, it is said, has prevented those behind the Vijay starrer from going ahead with the release plans. The allegation against 'Thupakki' is that its makers unlawfully registered the title, by using the influence of Vijay's father S A Chandrasekaran, who is the president of Tamil Film Producers Council.
