While all eyes would be on Eid release of 'Bodyguard', there are as many as six small films that are coming together in a clutter this weekend. Most of them are revived-after-being-stuck-in-the-cans affair though. 'Chitkabrey - Shades of Grey', 'Mr. Bhatti on Chutti', 'Rivaaz', 'Shabri', 'Stand By' and 'Yeh Dooriyan' are the films that are vying for attention and not even one of them boasts of a single saleable name. Also, there has been hardly any promotion to support the release as well.

Biggest name in 'Chitkabrey - Shades of Grey' is Ravi Kissen, Anupam Kher leads the show in 'Mr. Bhatti on Chutti', 'Rivaaz' has Deepti Naval spear heading the cast, Esha Koppikar is the leading lady in 'Shabri', Sachin Khedekar is the most famous name in 'Stand By' while Deepshikha comes up with an all around show as an actor as well as producer-director in 'Yeh Dooriyan'. Interestingly though each of the films belongs to a different genre with an adult drama, comedy, social drama, gangster setting, sports and equal rights for women as the subjects being explored.

However despite such variety made available to them, audience can't really be expected to step into theatres for any of these films. If any of them manages over 10% opening weekend collections for itself, it would be a massive surprise for sure.
